With every step we take, our customers remain our number one priority – because Miel is not just about clothing, it’s about people, trust, and belonging.


  1. Exchange Period:
    Customers are entitled to request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt, by contacting us through our official WhatsApp, email, phone, or the contact form available on our website.

  2. Return Period:

    Customers are entitled to request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving their order only in case of a manufacturing defect in the product, through the same communication channels mentioned above.

  3. Conditions for Return & Exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • If the package has been opened or the tag has been removed, the customer still retains the right to return or exchange the product, as long as it has not been used.

  • All products are eligible for return and exchange under these conditions.

  1. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers bear the shipping cost in cases of return or exchange.

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, Miel will bear the full shipping cost.

  1. Defective or Wrong Products:
    In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment, the customer is entitled to either a full refund or a free replacement.

  2. Refund Method:
    Refunds will be processed through any available transfer method preferred by the customer, after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  3. Refund Timeline:
    Refunds will be issued within 48 working hours from the date we receive the returned product.
