Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition; opened packages or removed tags are allowed if not used.

• Customers cover shipping for returns/exchanges, except for defective or wrong items, which we cover.

• Refunds or replacements are processed quickly, within 48 working hours via your preferred method.
